What do I need to do to become a member?
In order to become a member and buy recreational cannabis, you have to be 21 years of age or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID. To purchase medical cannabis, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid California Medical Marijuana Recommendation.

Where can I receive my delivery?
You can get your cannabis delivered to any physical address in California except for public places like parks, schools, libraries, or government buildings.
Do you offer First-Time Member Deals?
Yes! All first-time members get a $20 discount on their first order along with an HERB lighter and other goodies! Minimum order amount must be met after discounts and before taxes are applied. Check above for details.
What is your minimum order amount?
Our minimum order varies depending of your delivery address but it starts at $25. You will be notified of your minimum order order amount on the cart page. All orders must meet the minimum order amount after discounts and before taxes are applied.
Do you accept credit, debit or other forms of payment?
Yes! You may pay by cash, credit, or debit. All payments are processed at the time of delivery. Members paying with a card must have a matching photo ID.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on where you’re located and when you order, your delivery will usually arrive anywhere from 30-90 minutes after your order is confirmed. Once you order, you will receive a confirmation text (or call if requested) and you will be given a m ore accurate ETA. Once the driver is on their way to you from their previous order, they will text you an exact ETA
Does HERB offer discounts or loyalty programs?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount for senior citizens, veterans, and folks living with a significant hardship. You can learn more and apply for the discount by clicking here. We also have a program called Get & Give, where HERB reinvests 1% of its monthly gross income by supplying our most in-need members with a monthly care package of medical cannabis and related items. How do I exchange defective products?
We want all of our members to be satisfied with their cannabis delivery. So, we offer The HERB Promise. Visit the product exchange form page for more info. Before filling out the exchange form, please visit the brand’s website for troubleshooting tools. All brands can be found on the product exchange form page. We can’t exchange or refund any free, promotional, or giveaway products.
What if I am 18 years old and don’t have a CA Doctor’s Recommendation?
If you’re younger than 21 years of age, we can’t serve you without proper documentation. To become a medical cannabis patient, you can visit your personal physician or you can have a virtual doctor’s appointment through Heally. The entire process takes about 30 minutes or so and costs $39. Their service is available 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

How do your discounts work?
It depends on the discount, but in most cases, our discounts are not stackable and our site will go through your order and select the best discount for each item on your order so you get the best deal.
Our first order discount is spread across all items on your order (Ex: If your first order discount is $20 and you have 2 items on your order, each item will be discounted $10. If you are buying a product that’s on sale and the sale discount is more than $10, you will be given the sale discount instead of the $10 first order discount).
Will the delivery driver come to my door?
We will always make our best effort to get right to your front door!
Unfortunately, LA’s parking enforcement has recently become much more strict, and our drivers are at risk of receiving $100+ tickets when parking is not available.
If our driver cannot find acceptable parking after 5 minutes, we may kindly ask you to meet them at street level to complete the handoff. We’ll always do our best to park legally and safely first.
